Stay away from this place. It is a factory farm for their long term care. They do not care about the residents. They try to force you in to long term care with any change in care. They are extortionists. We were paying approximately $8,000 per month for an assisted living apartment that supposedly had 5 levels of care. My mom went to the hospital and upon returning they informed us that they would NOT LET HER RETURN TO HER HOME unless we met their demands which included increasing the care to include 50+ hours of private care which needed to be managed and paid for by the family. The new cost was $16,000 per month with no notice or we could go to the long term care which was $16,000 to $20,000 per month. Tracey Combs will tell you in no uncertain terms that you are not a part of the decision making process. It is ALL her. They put in my mother's file that she had dementia. She was tested elsewhere and had no problems. They try to run this facility by intimidation, not help. If you search the market, you will find out that they are notorious in the community for this behavior. She is now in another facility and doing great. This place forced us into a position where we had to move my 91 year old mother out of her home. They offered no solution other than to put additional tasks on the family and charge a lot of money for it. We went here 7 years ago and put up over $200,000 to get into Bethany. It is an uncaring horrible facility and is a much higher price with lesser services. If you don't want to end up in long term care laying in your bed in pee, I suggest looking elsewhere
