Birchwood has been experiencing a major change, despite some poor coordination in the past. There's been a lot of talk about the change it's undergone thanks to its administrator and team. It's clear that more people want to see growth and progress than those with a negative attitude and lack of interest. A radical change is now being observed. I hope they continue to improve. Wow.. Very impressed with the management team. Very exspirienced in LTC setting 36 years in Sarasota. Now it's my mom how the emotion are because you know the ins and outs..But the admin,DON, SS and even medical records show how much they care. I know it's not easy old building changes take time but the management team really impresses me...Awesome admin. He will make a real difference he gets out of his office and gets hands dirty folks...Cuddos...
