I would rate a -3 if possible. I don't usually leave reviews but this needs to be told!! Lived here a year and it was horrible. My roommate smoked crack every other night and when I reported it nothing was ever done. They refused to move me out of the room too. Cnas have horrible attitude problems, lazy and don't even get me started on the money hungry administrator. Laundry was always losing my clothes and they were never replaced. And to top of off when I moved I was unable to take all my belongings at one time. When I went back to get it was told they got rid of it!! To steal from the residents is as low as u can go and for the administrator to allow all this is beyond me. All my stuff together, that they stole, was over $1500!!! It was everything I owned and had to my name!! Thanks and hope y'all are enjoying it. KARMA!!!

My mom was in this facility for rehab and IV antibiotics. According to the hospital it was 1 of only 2 places that could administer antibiotics every 8 hours. She had an horrible experience from day 1. First all they did not have any of her daily prescribed medications orvthe IV antibiotics when she arrived. Some of the nurses were rude and unprofessional. For example she needed assistance to go to the restroom and she had to call me at 4am to call and beg someone to help her. After complaining to management it only got worse. She had to use a trash can by her bed as a toilet because no one would answer her paige for help. One night a nurse came in and argued with her over medications. She asked her for help to the restroom she told her to hold it and slammed the door as she left. This place needs to be closed down. Please don't send anyone you love here. We removed my mom as soon as her IV meds were done because when they finally arrived it was vital to her health she received them. She still needs rehab but we have found somewhere else for her to get it. If it was a choice 0 would be my rating.

One star would be too much!!! I wouldn’t put my dog least of all my loved ones in this building. Notice I didn’t say facility. They gave dedicated employees but not all. The worker turn over is unthinkable. They never have enough employees per patients. Most of them are over worked and under paid. They don’t reward the faithful employees. There is no communication between shifts. I don’t lump all employees in the same category. There are some who render great service, nothing extraordinary; really just doing there job. But believe me they were ridiculed for it. We didn’t have a choice in this location, but if you have a choice, PLEASE DON’T CHOOSE THIS PLACE!!!
