There are way better facilities please do yourself and your loved one a favor and send them somewhere else this place does the bare minimum just to keep the state away I was the maintenance director and had to walk away because of there refusal to allow me to fix major issues they want the place fixed with duct tape instead of spending money to fix walls are rotting from the inside major water damage mold inside of walls. Employees treat residents poorly I’ve witnessed residents laying in the floor begging for help and know assisting. The director of nursing as well as her top nurses left because of the toxic environment in which they had to deal with. Please I beg you send your loved ones to a place where they will be respected as people and not dollar signs.

My cousin is in here and it is an awesome place for him. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and all the employees are great. And It is so clean. I have read some bad reviews about it but from our experience we haven’t found anything that we dislike about it and my cousin loves it here. I really appreciate the time and care they give him. He was in the hospital before he came here and we thought he wouldn’t live much longer and he has done a complete turnaround since he came here He is walking on his own and dressing himself it is a amazing how much he has improved and I owe it all the the nurses and Rehab and all the staff they show that they truly care about him. And he feels like they are his family. So as for me and my family we feel this place is a blessing!! And have only good things to say about it!!

This place should be shut down. It would take a book to describe the neglect inflicted on my helpless Mom. Thank God I pulled her out early. Don't think she would have survived staying there any longer. I just cannot understand how hospitals can send any patients here for rehab. I feel so sorry for those that do not have family to advocate for them.
