My father lives in the memory care facility. They work really hard and all of the employees Ive met have been super friendly to make my father comfortable

The staff are treated horribly by their management, care staff often forget about their residents and leave them for an hour or more unattended, having to wait for meals or other essential needs. Residents are not anyone's first priority and due to this take out their frustration on the staff which is in turn not acknowledged by the managers. Managers understaff and fire quality employees for false reasons. The conditions here are horrible for everyone involved. I do not recommend getting invested in this company by any means. Some examples: A resident unable to eat by himself was left without food for 30min - an hour because no one could locate his care staff and other care staff were unwilling to help. Employees who showed up every day were fired for "calling out too much." And employees often got things thrown at them by residents and were then told to just "deal with it."
