The new executive director and her assistant are very unprofessional. It’s obvious the director doesn’t have much experience working directly with seniors. My mom will be the next to move. Start hiring people with real hands-on experience, or this place will never make it!

I went for a tour here .The manager is very rude.We want to get into business for my elderly parents but she started yelling at the caregivers and we decided to move to another facility. We don't appreciate people yelling around my family.I can't imagine what happens back doors
