If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible and they don't pay their bills. If you're a contractor don't do business with them. I have been waiting for over a month for payment for maintenance services I completed for them in May. It is almost August and they say "it's in the mail". I've asked several times, IF a check has been cut just cancel that one and give me another one because I haven't received it. Every time they say well we will reach out to accounting to see what they can do and then it's nothing. The business office manager is rude, she actually has the audacity to act like I'm bothering her when I'm asking where is my payment. That building is falling apart and they only want to patch things up. In my opinion, this place is unsafe. The only person there that is helpful, is the Resident Experience Director. Every other person there that is in management needs to be thrown in the trash. The building has mold and mildew in there and they don't want to treat it, when I pointed it out to, Dave, I believe he was from the Corporate Maintenance department he told me "don't say that out loud" as if this was a joke or something when there is elderly people living here, not to mention their families are paying for them to live there. If you are considering putting your family member here, don't. My next review is going to include pictures and I guarantee you nobody will consider putting their family member here. The only reason, I'm not posting them now is because I don't have the phone with me at the moment with the pictures in there. My next review will be very detailed from the treatment of the residents I witnessed while working there and all.
