I'm writing this review because I read a review given by an ex coworker Sattera. She had just started working at Bridge Haven and 2 coworkers and I witnessed some issues that were not acceptable in a healthcare setting. We had to report this to our nursing team and Sattera became hostile, disrespectful and uncoachable. I want to say thank you to our DON Deana for addressing these issues and not overlooking them. My favorite thing about Bridge Haven is that they want what best for our resident's and that includes making sure you only have the best staff.

Beautiful clean place. Take great care of residents. My thing is the way that the DON speaks to staff. Seems like staff are out to get each other. They try to point fingers and the DON just goes with it. Instead of being professional she try’s to speak to staff like she runs the world. She tried to talk to me like I was her child. I told her that that wasn’t how she speaks to people and she told me “Well I’m the DON”. I don’t give a damn if ur the president you don’t speak to ur staff that way. There are way to handle things and that’s not it, she definitely triggered me and I refuse to work for a place where staff are all trying to get each other in trouble. We are all grown, you have to come correct because once someone speaks to me the way she spoke to me today I lose all sense and can care less about you. So Deana I hope you learn how to speak to ur staff because u have some really great ones there.
