buenas noches ocupo un consejo, mi tía está en este lugar después que estuvo en el hospital y la mandaron a ese lugar en realidad dijeron que en 7 días la iban a dar de alta y ahora resultó que dijeron que ya no sabían tengo 19 años y mi tía 74 que hago ese lugar es feo, muy feo los tratan muy mal no los limpian yo llevo un año que trabaje en cuidar y veo que no los cuidan bien, de verdad no quiero que le pase algo que hago que recomiendan de verdad apenas tiene una semana y no quiero que entre ahi

My mom has been staying here for over a year because she needs physical therapy. But over year she hasn’t received any therapy at all, she’s been bed bound the whole time. And at first they were blaming it on her insurance, that it wouldn’t cover the cost of therapy. And now they ordered a chair for my mom and now they won’t give it to her because they claim ‘they’re processing the insurance for it’. I don’t understand how a care facility has so many healthcare professionals lacking empathy and compassion- this is clearly just a paycheck for them.

Horrible nursing home. They didn’t realize that my grandpa had no blood circulation in his legs for 48 hours! And they didn’t know that he was bleeding. Really weird and suspicious Right? They don’t take action until it’s becomes worse and serious. The nurses there suck. When I was visiting my grandpa there were patients screaming for help and nobody came to help the patient. They don’t care about them. Three patients died in a week.
