Note: almost all these stellar reviews are people taking tours of the facility and not actual residents or have a direct relationship with the assisted living part. Let's be honest, independent living is great, those residents don't really need anything. What's important is the care a resident receives on the assisted living side. My loved one lived there for almost 2 years and always in assisted living. It was very challenging to say the least. The people who work on the assisted living side, it's a job for them, not a career. They do the bare minimum and nothing is proactive. But that seems to be the trend for all assisted living facilities. I paid $13k a month and I had to manage her care way to much. I also paid for private care as well to help supplement the care that Brightview was falling short in providing. Just be aware of the assisted living side. That's what really counts. How much care and assistance will your loved one get? Unfortunately, my experience was not great.
