This is a horrible place do not send your mother or father here they bring people in here that don’t belong in here and state need to come see this place because its horrible and my mother used to live here and they treated her so wrong especially the nurse CECE. CECE talk to her employees so wrong and when one of her employees ask for help she don’t even try to help them

My experience with Brightview Mays Chapel was so positive. I was really hoping that my elderly parents would move there from Florida. Alissa S. went out of her way and above and beyond to try to help us.. she was patient and understanding and really so supportive throughout the entire experience. Unfortunately, my parents need to stay where they are due to health issues, and I am very sad that they won't be at Brightview. I just wanted to give a shout out to Alissa and everybody at Brightview, who went out of their way to help us.
