I can’t recommend this place higher. They took excellent care of my mother. They were on top of everything and were the only people I dealt with that were 100% Honest. Angela Harrell , specifically was so incredibly helpful. Although having to have a loved one in an assisted living facility isn’t what anyone wants, I KNOW 100% that complete honesty & competency is a must. Sapphire was very good to us! Thanks again.

You have to acknowledge that when it comes to end-of-life care, it can be imperfect and messy at times. Many surprises and, even with the best planning, things can look different than expected. That is the story with my Aunt who I care for. She has ended up as a resident here and I have very little to complain about. I believe they are doing their best in the imperfect balances of life at this stage - I believe the new(er) management is working to make things better. I believe they care for the residents and have been responsive to feedback and questions. To have a place close to town, offering all that this place offers, has made me grateful that our path has brought us to the Sapphire. They are meeting the needs for where we are in the progression of my Aunt’s life.

I want to start off by saying; the reviews you see with 5 stars are only a reflection of the hard working STAFF. Not the management. My relative is a resident here and I’m 100% disgusted with this building. This building should be shut down by state. They don’t accommodate for special diets at all. So you better hope you’re not a diabetic or any other specific diet for that matter. They tell the residents they are out of food so they can’t fix them eggs or sausage. The administrator is VERY rude. My relative even told me she has been rude to other residents and mean. She puts on this facade when you move in to make you think your family is going to be taken care of and respected. There’s bugs everywhere and ants. They don’t do anything special for the memory residents either. They just want your mom or dad’s SS check. Take my word for it and find mom or dad somewhere else to live.
