I was a night manager there,I miss my residents and their laughter.I enjoyed my job.To bad at time I was there the administration at the time didn't take staff concerns seriously and let owners know,I'm sure they did not tell owners our concerns,as that administrator is no longer employed

They offer no driver to help these residents get to appts or the hospital and are making tons of money. I think its a shame and they can't expect the resident or other places to pay for their rides where they are already paying a huge amount to live there. You think the owners could have a driver available Monday through Friday for these residents?? Shame on you.
