Use to work in the Healthcare field and know how things work (understaffed and overworked) so when it came to finding a facility for my mother, it was decided that this place would be convenient as family lived in area and could visit regularly (again I state these places are short on staff). The first night things looked shoddy (the t.v. didn't work, the air conditioner had to be unplugged to turn off and the hydraulic system on the bed wasn't working) The rooms are not in the best condition with maintenance not cleaning rooms (bits of trash everywhere) and air conditioner filters dusty and dirty The food is served lukewarm to cold and looks unappetizing There are other things to mention(staff attitudes) but I am not here to bash or be mean I am being as honest as I can...avoid this place and if you really have no other choice I'm hoping someone will diligently come and check on you

Please don’t send your love one over here, if you really love them please do your research on rehabilitation centers/ nursing homes. My grandmother almost died in this place if I didn’t come that day, the nurses mistreat them while you not around and act all nice when you do come around. All they care about is the money and they don’t call you when something is wrong with them or they don’t call the ambulance if the patient needs the help they need. They heavily sedated my grandmother, so she wouldn’t tell us how they was mistreating her and I advise you please do not send your loved one to this place, the entrance may look nice but all the other floors look dirty and disgusting and the beds are old breaking apart. Also they placed my grandmothers belongings in the hallways and didn’t bother contacting us about picking up her clothes. Ms.Ortiz is the most nastiest head nurse and always saying that the patient is lying she has no remorse to the patients and always have a nasty attitude.
