Brookdale Austintown has become a safe and caring home for my Aunt. She truly loves the staff, food, activities, and the other residents. I love that I can relax in knowing that she is receiving excellent care. The facility is lovely but the staff is where Brookdale truly shines. I cannot say enough good things about the care, kindness, compassion, and patience shown by every staff member not only for the residents but for their family members too. I have really appreciated the guidance and information that I’ve received. It’s helped me to better understand how to navigate this path with my Aunt. Brookdale is a true gem!

Don't put your loved one here! A family member had to file with the Ohio department of health because an employee assaulted a patient. After they gave the employee time off they brought the employee back. They charge $350 a month penalty fee if you don't have your prescription filled by them and also they enjoy $2,500 service fee just to take your loved one in.

This is an Excellent Facility and the staff is outstanding. The people are Loving and Caring and are trying to make our Loved ones lives fulfilling and as comfortable as possible. Sometimes Stuff happens things are lost or forgotten and these Great People figure out how to resolve problems and concerns and continue to take care of our Loved ones.
