Brookdale Creekside

My husband, Bill was in memory care with Brookdale Creekside in Plano for 10 months. I cannot thank every member of the team enough for the loving care they gave to him AND to me. Fortunately, Bill never lost his sweet, sweet spirit which made caring for him somewhat easier. My dad has now been at Creekside for 6 months. I can not say enough wonderful things about this staff and home! The staff here considers the residents family and treat them as such. We had my dad's 80th birthday party there this weekend with 30 family members coming by and the staff helped me plan the party and welcomed all the family warmly. I pop in often at all different times so I see many different staff members and their interactions with the residents. My dad has Alzheimer's and we were crushed to have to put him in a memory care home. It was an incredibly smooth transition and we have been thrilled. The administrative staff is very hands on with the residents and the med techs/aides. I highly recommend Brookdale Creekside if your loved one is needing a memory care center.

Facility is always clean and airy , with well placed skylights and interior courtyard. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially the executive director. They are real people who managed COVID as well as possible, and my 97-year-old Mom is happy despite advanced dementia. Would not have her anywhere else.
