I’m writing this review after I watched a staff member named Sam yell at the patient she was transporting in a wheelchair. I was awaiting a CT scan of my own when Sam wheeled this poor old woman in and screamed at her when she could not get the scan done her. She was in her face, rude, and throwing her hands around. The poor old woman did nothing to instigate it. Myself and other guests in the lobby were absolutely disgusted and agreed we would not want our loved ones treated this way, ever!

Horrible place! The here are only 2 caregivers on shift over the weekends. Even during the week they are woefully understaffed, yet, they just nearly doubled their monthly fee! Dogs live in better conditions and are better cared for than residents in this facility.

Just moved in today my room and the staggered oncoming my room exceeds my expectations I going to love it here they have already sorted and put away all my many belongings. I had a lot! Shela and Lisa are so kind I feel very well taken care of
