The staff is outstanding! They do an amazing job of hiring and retaining caring staff in every department. The location is great. You can be almost anywhere in Austin in 20 minutes or less - airport, downtown, campus, shopping, theater. Most residents are friendly with a great diversity in backgrounds. Menu is varied and very good and head of dining solicits feedback. Activity staff is outstanding and provides a wide variety of recurring and special events including music, exercise and speakers. This is a great place to live. If someone needs to move from Independent Living to Assisted Living, they are not moved to a separate building and not cut-off from their IL friends the way they are in many other places.

I am SO happy at the Ranch (as I call it). Exceptional staff—kind, caring and efficient. I feel safe and comfortable here, and I LIKE the food!!!! My apartment is so beautiful and has a fantastic view, and is much bigger than my 500 square foot apartment in New York where I lived and worked for 47 years!!!!!
