Overnight shift is dangerous 2 aides have 2 whole floors a piece and then they removed the side off of third floor completely so when the nurse leaves the floor those patients aren't being tended to or monitored because the other 2 aides are already covering 2 floors they should not be covering that middle floor ....this is leaving bed bound patients vulnerable for gods know how long they are purposely shorting night shift to make it harder on the staff when the pay is already so low and one nurse for all these patients at night is gosh right dangerous God forbid 2 people code and you have a fall at the same time your family member simply won't make or will be laying in pain with no one to hear them a nurse who puts there license on the line like that for a company will not have one long all it takes is one bad night

Christina was very helpful in assisting with my client's move in. I truly enjoyed working with her and the rest of the staff!
