Our Care Approach
Brookdale Irvine delivers personalized assisted living through the community's signature care program, with trained caregivers supporting daily living activities, medication management, and coordination with outside healthcare providers. Nurses are on staff and care staff are present around the clock, with therapy services — physical, occupational, and speech — available on-site or through coordination.
Family Experience
Families consistently describe the admission process at Brookdale Irvine as reassuring rather than rushed — the team takes time to understand individual needs, and the move-in coordination is often highlighted as genuinely thoughtful. That said, families with loved ones who require close clinical oversight are encouraged to ask specific questions about staffing ratios and medical communication protocols before moving forward.

As a visitor, I was very impressed from the moment I walked in. The community is beautiful, especially the garden area, which was peaceful and well maintained. The tour guide was knowledgeable and provided plenty of helpful information. I had a very different picture of what senior living would be like, but seeing residents actively socializing, enjoying afternoon tea, and spending time together was wonderful. The atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and engaging. Everyone on staff was friendly and made a great impression. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

I would give less than 1 star if I had the option. I am currently on hold for 30 minutes trying to reach manager of this place. I am a nurse and my doctor wanted to get urine culture from this place so that doctor can prescribe correct antibiotic, but their med techs are useless. They couldn't differentiate between urine culture and urine sample, and they hung up on me twice! what unhelpful place, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Transitioning my parents to senior living was a challenging decision, but choosing Brookdale Irvine has proven to be the best choice for our family. The level of care and attention provided by the staff has made all the difference. From the moment we met the compassionate team, we felt reassured that my parents would be in good hands. The facility itself is beautifully maintained, creating a warm and welcoming environment that truly feels like home. The positive energy among the staff is palpable; every team member we encounter is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Additionally, the food is excellent, offering a variety of delicious and nutritious options that my parents enjoy. Even though my parents are vegetarian they have found the food enjoyable with variety. Knowing they are well-fed and happy with their meals gives us great peace of mind. Overall, I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful care and support my parents receive at Brookdale Irvine. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and vibrant place for their aging loved ones
