Brookdale Jones Farm

The staff is very caring and always responsive to any questions, requests, or concerns. The outings are very well organized and fun. The meals are top notch. There are lots to do…just choose what activities you want to attend. Religious meetings and bible studies are open and accepting to all denominations. All the staff knows your name which is a plus in my book.

I like the food and the activities. I like the residents and staff. I really like the therapists on site.

We have been residents since 2021 and so far are quite satisfied we made the right choice. Brookdale feels very secure and safe, with the front desk staffed 24-7 to monitor front entrance, and side entrances secured each night. The administration maintains close contact with residents by various means, including weekly "coffee chats" and monthly "town halls". We were impressed from the start with amenities such as "electronic daily health status" checks, activity schedules published weekly, bulletin board schedule updates as needed, daily shuttle service, weekly shuttle run to local grocery store and department stores, bi-weekly dining room menu meetings and monthly upcoming activity reviews. Information not published or communicated face-to-face can readily learned at the front desk. All staff members are courteous and genial, are helpful to a fault and project a home-like atmosphere to all residents. Not a bad place to spend our "golden years".
