Brookdale Las Vegas

We toured several facilities and chose Brookdale for my Mom. However, my mom is having a very difficult time adjusting to be there. We have spoken to management about this, but the communication has not been that great. I believe my mom’s adjustment is based on 50% her and 50% the facility. Would love my mom to get settled in. Thanks.

My grandfather is currently at Brookdale Las Vegas and I appreciate the staff and managers so much. They are all great people who genuinely care about each and every resident. They are all so friendly and whenever I do have concerns or an issue, it gets resolved right away.

My father has been a resident of Brookdale for almost 2 in a half years. The transition from independent living to memory care was extremely challenging; nevertheless, the staff at Brookdale made every stressful moment more manageable. Rochelle was amazing when it came to coordinating with the memory care unit he was living at in Texas as we prepared for his move. Rochelle provided such support to me from the first moment I met with her, oddly enough she made me feel less alone during a really scary time. Now on to Saida and Leeann, when my father fell ill (as that does happen in group settings) they provided a great deal of support and assistance in coordinating with the hospital and myself to ensure my father was well cared for. Both Saida and Leeann have assisted me in ways I feel was far out of their job description to ensure the safety and wellbeing of my father. And now to Chris, he has been extremely communicative and sympathetic to the situations I have been placed in regarding my father’s care. Chris has been extremely thorough and helpful in guiding me down an unknown scary path. My father is happy here, I am so thankful for all the staff for keeping my dad safe, each member I come in contact with is kind and very patient. I would recommend this facility.
