Mom was on memory care side of facility but there was no memory care to speak of, no activities, left her in bed most of the day, I took her to the hospital for foot swelling and she was diagnosed with a DVT, she never recovered, continued to decline, and passed away shortly thereafter. If I could give a 0 I would.
