They hire anyone here, you can complain and tell the leadership what’s wrong and nothing changes. They will leave your family in wet briefs all night or all day and they overwork their good staff (which isn’t many) honorable mentions to Jessica, paja, tabi, alissa, Andrea, Ashton, and shenae I’m unsure if they are still here but they were the only people that actually cared. They don’t change the care plans to help the staff or residents and they keep many residents that are far beyond assisted living and should be nursing homes just to meet a quota or get payed. I WOULDNT TRUST THEM WITH MY DOG! Please find better for your family..

We moved our moment a few days ago. Our experience was incredible. The staff is completely outgoing and willing to help anyway they can they made my mom feel loved and totally comfortable. We couldn’t have been more happy with our choice. The place smells great all the time and she really loves the food. Thank you Brookdale for making this easy on us.
