If I could rate this place a zero that’s what I would give it the management sucks they have high over turn over rate. Sam Garcia is a poor poor manager that doesn’t care about employees also makes poor decisions to top it off his boss over him by the name of Laura Eckert isn’t any better they sweep things under the floor like incident reports on their employees and residents. Sam Garcia made me feel so uncomfortable In the office which Hailey who works in payroll was suppose to be in there as a witness and she was no better then Sam. I wouldn’t send my love ones here they run through a lot of employees so that speaks high volume. Sam and Laura were ok with other employees bringing guns up to the facility where nobody felt safe. Laura told me they don’t do incident reports which I had to get online an file a police report myself. Very discriminating, harassment, and a lot of other things going on here state needs to come in more frequently. It gives off high school instead of a place of business where employees and residents should feel safe. This place should be on the news even the corporate covers up documents.
