I have been very pleased with the staff. They are all so caring and PATIENT!! The staff always takes time for my questions and let me know if there is any kind of an issue. Also, they all love my dog, Tuffy Craig.! I was so guilty finally deciding this was the right move. They listened to my concerns with compassion and helped me to understand these feelings were normal. Love the staff!!

I have been above satisfied with Brookdale. The staff is amazing and while the disease of the memory is challenging the staff always steps up and works with the residents. The process of putting your loved ones in a residential facility is an emotional roller coaster and I personally can not thank everyone at Brookdale enough for holding my hand and helping me through the process.
