- Certain staff members, like Wilfredo, stand out for their kindness
- Staff sometimes ignore residents and show disinterest in care
- Poor communication and dismissive attitudes from nursing staff
- Delays in responding to call buttons and unmet care needs
Erika
All the people who work here are caring, loving people. The activities are fun and they offer a lot of different options. The food is great! It’s a for-profit model and that has its caveats.

Awesome home away from home!!!!

Staff completely ignore residents and show no interest in providing basic care. They act like helping residents is an inconvenience and treat family members like pests. Communication is terrible. When you ask for updates, you get vague answers, dismissive attitudes, or outright rudeness. Nurse Evan and the CNA’s in particular are unprofessional, rude, and makes it feel like asking about your loved one is a burden. Except Wilfredo. Wilfredo is the best thing and staff member that place has going for them. It’s shocking that a facility in the healthcare industry operates this way. Residents are neglected, families are frustrated, and there’s no accountability. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Your family member will not be cared for properly, and you will be left stressed and ignored.
