My grandma is being treated poorly at this facility. I have come from Las Vegas to check on the safety of this facility and it's peers. Seems like there's corruption within this establishment. This is no way to treat clients and humans, confirmed by numerous friends/family. My Grandma said she's being treated like an animal. 1.) Dark restrooms, some crawling around in the dark unable to see. My grandma was hurt due to such negligence. Nothing done about this and some left to die. 2.) Client(s) are being fed, and reportedly, they're eating from the floor. 3.) Management and staff are extremely rude, almost to the point elders are speaking of their own demise from such miserable conditions. This all about the money for you guys I understand, but at least have some decency and integrity. I give this business a solid F, and your lack of humanity towards elders beyond an F grade. Lawyer up, I'm coming so NOBODY else can be a victim to this place. Shame on you.

Most convalescent homes are similar. Taking note to self that when I am elderly, not to be an impossible sore to the family so I don’t get left in places like this. At least, allows someone to have a life, so the family member can work while their elderly person is in a convalescent home. Could be somewhat depressing if are an able bodied elderly visiting a friend that is no loner able to move without assistance. It’s a like seeing into a depressing future that is knocking your door sooner or later. Street parking is close to impossible. You can park near by burger king to order a coffee before walking here perhaps.
