Lovely! Lovely! From you enter the building at the fronth desk you sign in were plasent and helpful gave a warm walk through. Hetting insideat the nurse desk was also great feel welcome and dida professional job with the patiert.

Dont let their pictures fool you. It is completely different from the real thing. This place is dirty and smells bad. I had a friend there for about 3 weeks and we had to move her ourselves. They didnt clean her or move her, she was vomiting everyday and they didnt care to send her to the hospital. When we asked if we could take her to the hospital all the manager said was "we are not paying for an ambulance". So we asked where do we have to sign to take her ourselves, manager said "you dont have sign" as she was walking away (with her bad attitude). Unbelievable! The lack of compassion that people have these days. One of their nurses had the audacity to come in and ask if she was alive. My friend looked like a dead corpse and just 2 days later she basically came back to life. If we would've left her there any longer im sure she would have been dead. This place needs a gut renovation and new management. If these two things dont happen do yourself and your loved ones a favor, DO NOT TAKE THEM THERE. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I wish I had taken pictures, the corners looked black from the dirt that has piled up. It was disgusting and I reiterate, it smells horrible in there.
