My family was thoroughly disappointed in this facility due to the care my mother received. Skeleton crew on weekends with very minimal care! PT and OT Therapy my mother was supposed to have been receiving on a daily basis was not performed. She was only showered twice in the three weeks of her stay, yet we were advised her shower days were Wednesdays and Saturdays. Most recently my mother was rushed to the hospital with 3 blood clots and the hospital located 4 bed sores! This place is a disgrace! I didn't want to give a star rating, but had to in order to post my review!

For five days of the week the facility and most of the staff staff are pleasant, competent, and attentive (things drop off on the weekends, though, understaffed?). DeShawna and Trina are helpful and pleasant at the front desk, and Megan and Lily are great, positive, therapists. One high school nurse in training from St. George’s High was especially kind. Food wasn’t bad. Staff will encourage you to get out of your room to attend activities.
