DO NOT WORK HERE OR SEND YOUR LOVED ONES. This facility is unsafe, unsanitary, and completely neglectful. Roaches are everywhere — in the food, on trays, crawling in residents’ beds. Residents overdose daily, and instead of being taken to the hospital, staff are told to throw ice on them to “bring them back.” As soon as they leave the room, the overdose happens again because nothing is actually being done. Medications are left on bedside tables without supervision, so residents either don’t take them or they’re left sitting there all day. Rooms are filthy — not just cluttered, but dirty and unfit to live in. Linen is always short. You’ll get maybe 4 towels for a whole floor, and clean linen doesn’t even come up until after 2 PM. CNAs are overworked, disrespected, and not appreciated at all. The administrator verbally abuses staff and residents, and the ADON has physically abused residents — and it gets covered up. Upper management has even tried to physically fight CNAs instead of helping.

I can’t describe as much as I want to in words on how I feel about this place. These co workers and “nurses” should be ashamed of themselves!! All of you!!!!!! If I was you I’d be embarrassed to say where I work. You guys do nothing for these people. I have a family member who lives here and every time we turn around his room is being stolen out of, roaches in the rooms, clothes being stolen. He can’t even have THINGS!!!!!!! And your guys’ answers to us are “they are?” You guys are ridiculous and honestly just plane dumb you should be ashamed of your selves. This place needs to step it up, be happy where you work, helping people, but no. It reaks in there it smells disgusting no one shouldn’t live that way no matter how disabled you are. Appreciate your jobs and understand your HELPING PEOPLE. If you don’t wanna do it then quit!!!!!!! Because there are better people out there that would love to have a job and actually appreciate it. This place needs to step up and get things together. As simple as…. Omg cleaning! Omg if something is stolen ummmmm get cameras to see if random people are going in their rooms. Things to need to change here and it’s just sad. Every time…. I turn around…… there’s something about this place. Who ever runs it or whatever you guys do managers whatever. Do your job.

Called looking for a patient who has an upcoming appointment and could instantly tell by the way everyone answers the phone that this care facility is ran poorly and more than likely shows lack of care for the patient’s health. No one stated who they were, no one asked who I was. No one had information the patient. No one answered the phone like it’s a business. Not only that, but the first time I called, I was instantly put on hold. Heard a conversation being held and hung up on. Regardless of the state of what the property itself may be in, meaning the building possibly being old and outdated. You all need to do better with showing professionalism, integrity and hospitality.
