My mom has been here a week. My general observations. Therapist are fine and work with patients about 30 minutes a day. Head nurses are ok. CNA’s are not good. Pushing the help button is a complete waste of time. If you are in pain or need help to use the bathroom you better plan ahead by about an hour or two. And then half the time they leave you sitting on the toilet for 30 minutes before coming back. Meals are good but it took several days to even get on the list where they bring you a meal. I can understand a day but four days!! All in all, I would pick another place if possible.

It is a nice facility. My uncle stayed there for 21 days. Every time I went, the man in the front was very nice and greeted me. The staff seemed nice.
