Farrah, I want to thank you so much for all your help. You walked in my room at a time I was feeling really low. I had never been in a rehab facilityp. You took your time and spoke to me with genuine care and concern. I really appreciate your kindness and patience. I have to say you are the best part of Capital City Gardens. Again, Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is absolutely horrible!!! My grandmother died here after being sent here with a broken ankle for rehab but they neglected her. Wasn’t given her medication, never checked on her , never transferred calls so she could talk to us just so much please please please this is the last place any of your loved ones should be sent if you want them to leave alive!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND WORST PLACE EVERRRR!!!!!

This place should be shut down. Unprofessional staff, half ass assisting, attitudes, out of uniform... Come in your room in hoodies pulled over head, masks on, hell how was my sister supposed to know who was a patient and who staff just walking in the room. Food, inmates get fed better. Room from 1950, old fashioned bed and bedding, dirty and rusted metal throughout the entire place, floors never look like they are mopped let alone swept regularly. Housekeeping must come once a week. Toilet seat had stains from 20 years ago and the maintenance man had the nerve to say "what's wrong with it" .... Most sides were pleasant. As soon as you walk in, there's a stinch throughout the facility.... These patients/residence must not have anyone who truly cares or knows what this place is like... You definitely could go into deep depression if you HAD to stay. I pray for anyone that is subject to these conditions.....
