THEY NEGLECT AND ABUSE THE HELPLESS ELDERLY RESIDENTS. LEAVE THEM SOAKED IN URINE AND FECES WHICH CAUSED BEDSORES. THEY OVERMEDICATE, MIX UP RESIDENTS MEDS, ARE ROUGH WITH RESIDENTS, IGNORE CALL LIGHTS, DON'T TURN BEDRIDDEN PATIENTS AND DON'T FEED THEM. THIS IS A SHORT LIST... SO MANY INHUMANE THINGS WERE DONE TO MY LO! DUE TO NEGLECT SHE LOST EVERYTHING HERE; HER VISION, HAD A STROKE AND HEART ATTACK IN 2024. SHE'S BACK HOME AND TOTAL CARE! THEY'RE PAID AROUND $6,000 A MONTH PER RESIDENT BUT PAY STAFF BARE MINIMUM. THEY'RE SHORT STAFFED AND THE CNAs HAVE TOO MANY PEOPLE TO GIVE PROPER CARE THEY CHANGE THE NAME FREQUENTLY TO AVOID ACCOUNTABILITY AND DECEIVE PEOPLE! FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME FOR MORE DETAILS.
