Carillon At Belleview Station

After living many independent years in Florida, my mom and dad were reluctant to move any kind of retirement community. After COVID, however, both my parents were no longer as physically able as they were even just the year before. My mom and dad lived a very active retired life on the gulf coast of Florida. After COVID, my mom was never the same. She had fallen and broken a vertebra in her back and did not except her new limitations. After hurricane Ian in September of 2022, they moved to Denver and the Carillon at Belleview Station. She kept trying to walk and as a result she fell, breaking ribs and then both hips. After breaking her ribs my mom was assessed with advanced dementia. It did not come as a complete surprise, but it was still hard to think that the rest of her future lay in a memory care unit. Nevertheless, The Carillon has been with me all the way. The Carillon – Monarch House is a full-service memory care center and has always had a full-time director of life enrichment. They have included the Monarch House residents in many of the activities the independent and assisted living residents enjoy. The staff has been great. As expected, there has been turn-over, but every employee has been great to work with and there has always been a feeling of home and family. I have been very happy with the service provided by the Monarch House. I can’t imagine my mother anywhere else. Jeff Klaus, Denver, Colorado

My dad chose the Carillon for assisted living thanks to the modern facilites and the wide range of activities, and he developed a wonderful relationship with the staff members once he arrived. He attended lots of lectures and presentations, enjoyed the great food from the dining room, and took fitness classes. When he needed memory care, Monarch House was an amazing fit for him. He went from spending a lot of time in his room to participating in all of the wonderful activities Mary and her team have to offer, and it was a real renaissance which allowed him to thrive in the last months of his life. It was always a pleasure for me to visit my dad at the Carillon, the staff always went above and beyond, and were available, communicative and always smiling.I would recommend it without hesitation!

Carillon at Bellevue Station is a very special place. I lived there in independent living for about a year and a half before we placed my wife in Monarch House memory care. The staff does an amazing job, taking care of her and keeping her busy. It’s a tough assignment, but they do it all day, every day. I can honestly say I feel my placing her there makes me feel like I am doing everything I can to take care of my wife during this incredibly difficult time in our life.
