Worst experience ever. They do not come when the call light is activated. They are rough and rude to their patients. Don't try and ask the head nurse guy to do anything cause he will get annoyed and say it's not his job. The CNAs seem STRESSED. My mom's CNA ended up throwing out her dentures while cleaning her table and my mom has not been able to eat solid foods since. This place is horrible to their patients. I don't recommend sending your loved ones to this facility. If you notice on the reviews that the owner only responds to positive reviews. They don't try and fix anything. It is my mission to tell people the truth about this place.

Not happy with this place at all. Not only did they leave my mom alone, she fell while there and laid on the floor for over 15 minutes screaming for help. Then the lady that cleans up the tables and changes her diapers threw away her bottom dentures and now she can't eat any hard foods. They refuse to make it right. Run as far as you can from this place. All they see are dollar signs and do not care about their patients. Believe all of the bad reviews. They literally do not come when the call button is pushed. I was on the phone with my mom one evening and she pushed the call button. An hour and 8 minutes later they finally showed up. The main head nurse is also an issue. He believes he is above everyone else and won't lift a finger to help his cnas

I have nothing but positive things to say about Carrara. While choosing a skilled nursing facility for my mom to receive physical and occupational therapy, I wanted to ensure she would receive quality care in a good environment. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew Carrara would be the best place for her. Carrara exceeded my expectations. My mom felt cared for, she enjoyed working with the therapists, and had a great time participating in the activities. Every staff member we encountered was considerate, kind, and professional. They foster a nurturing environment and helped my mom have a successful recovery! Tonya Brown is extremely knowledgeable and cares about the patients. She is phenomenal and helped my mom feel very welcomed. The nurses, Hesborne and FK are outstanding. The therapists, Nilam Negandhi, Pooja Patel, Clara N., and Pratibha Dhamoo are dynamic. Alpa, the activities director, treated my mom like family. She's fabulous! The receptionist, Katelyn Garcia and the concierge, Nakiya, are so helpful. Kodi and the other techs in the 200 hallway are fantastic. The tech, Mabel, is the sweetest. The social Worker, Mikki, is so knowledgeable and supportive. I am grateful to God my mom had a great experience! Carrara is blessed to have a wonderful staff!
