My mom came to Carrolwood Care Center after a fall. She went there for rehab. Let me preface this review by saying the staff were very nice but so overworked. Firstly they put my fully continent mother in diapers. They said this is standard. Physical therapy was only once a day until I complained. Most things done was so regressive and non progressive. My mom waited over 45 minutes trying to ger someone to take her to the bathroom. She finally risked falling and did it herself. As I said as a so called rehab they are severely understaffed many stating that they were working 16 hour days.
