I was contacted by the assistant director name Ardith pepper which she scheduled and interview with me on a prior date after she returns from her vacation. On the date of my interview appointment at 1 pm of the month of July she stated “I didn’t know both of my coordinators were not going to be working today so it’s just gonna be me and you ” . So I asked .”if you knew that they were both not working that day . Why didn’t you just sent me and email or text and ask me to reschedule you had until 1pm to let me now this ?” She then proceeds to tell me since she returned to work .she’s been pulling double shifts and been very busy! She then goes on and say. during her vacation time when she was on vacation .7 people were let go from cascades But as the interview was on going she then later informed me that . We currently right now are fully staffed for the full time position . (Make it make sense.) “But if you give me a call next week . There will be a follow up interview with me on meeting both coordinators . “ I asked her right after the interview “hey I’m a very straight forward person please don’t waste my time because I’m driving from south of Reno to be here today., just let me know if I got the job or not.” She then reassured me and said don’t worry your position is not filled you still have to meet the coordinators next week for a follow up interview. You are still under the interviewing process. I called the following week she hangs up shoots me a text that stated sorry I can’t right now. I replied no worries I was just calling to check up on the date of my follow up interview. She replied immediately and stated sorry to inform you that the position you applied for has been filled. I later reached out to the director of the building he called me back and stated” sorry but what do you want me to do about it. ? “ Their management is very terrible and needs to be re-evaluated never in my life have I experienced so unprofessionalism and the sad part was she worked their for 2 years. And The ED of the building had that same negative energy. Congratulations you both just ruined the image of cascades of what they represent. Thank you for you both for waisting my time and gas.

I visited this community in hopes to find a nice place for my mom to stay while she is struggling with dementia. Thank you Donna Garee for touring us through this amazing community! The caregivers were very friendly and professional while we walked around to the different areas of the assisted living portion of the building. The food was good and the kitchen staff were wonderful.
