My husband has been a resident of Catalina for a couple of months, and I am so pleased with the care his is receiving. The Staff are friendly, aware, observant and kind. It impresses me that the entire staff, no matter their tasks, are aware of and interact with residents. There are many opportunities for my spouse to be involved in activities that are good for his cognitive health and his physisal health as well. I have put my trust in the staff at Catalina.

My brother and I visited several memory care facilities when it was time to help our Dad transition to a new home. Catalina Springs Memory Care is our only choice. No other option holds a candle to Catalina Springs Memory Care. Joe Daigle and his staff are the reason for our peace of mind. True caring and concern for the residents is always easy to see. The building is so well maintained and spotless. We are so grateful that we discovered Catalina Springs Memory Care. If you have a loved one that needs extra care, please do not hesitate to stop by and get more information. Thank you Joe and staff.

Our mother was here for 2 years that being said the place has gone down hill with keeping staff and the care level is terrible. Left in soiled clothes, the place smells, fell out of her wheelchair 5 times in a week due to lack of staff watching her. The manager, nurse and Resident care manager do nothing to address any issues . Food is terrible. The place should be shut down. Not giving her meds as prescribed often. We have moved our mother. She lost massive weight while at this care facility. Constant management and staff turn over. The good care givers get treated badly by management. So they turn into bad caregivers sadly. Plus it's very expensive monthly. We were paying $7800 a month. Lots of neglect at this facility.
