The honest professional take is they are professionals and avoid you and will take control of the individual for maximum billing to the state and Feds. If you dont have a POLS and/or Power of Attorney, they will fry you.

My mother has been a resident off and on for rehab over the years and she enjoys her stay. Alicia, the activities director, goes out of her way to make each and every resident feel special and one of the main reasons my mom prefers catered manor. They do, however, need to upgrade their facility in regards to call buttons, cabinets and such. The nurses are attentive and care for the residents which is very important. I highly recommend Catered Manor for rehab and care
