Michelle Reiner
Care staff is excellent. Administration and 1/2 nursing is to be desired. Their interest is definitely not in helping the family meet the needs for their loved one. My mother has not received liturgical attention in two years. Care staff wants to help, but they are often reprimanded for pointing out poor care. This is troublesome. It has changed.
Ann Lees
Catholic Eldercare is an amazing facility. I wish that I had known about it while my mom was still alive because she would have loved going to Mass in a Catholic Church and receiving communion on a regular basis. But I love how they have pastoral care for everyone, not just Catholics.
