We have moved my mother to a different place, she had to days left on her rent and they started redoing her room. Broke her lamp and put it in the trash. The bed was not changed in months or did anyone clean under the bed. I have video my mother wearing the same shirt covered in egg for a week and a video of her room with trash all over the floor, this place is pig pen.

The staff was somewhat helpful, but rude when my dad had cancer and was there. The place smells rancid, and a lot of the patients there weren’t really watched, there was a lady that ran into me with her wheel chair multiple times and nobody came to help her, another lady had one shoe on and was wondering around with her hoodie all screwed up. They also billed us after my dad had passed bc we didn’t go pick up a few things as if they couldn’t take it out of his room and put it somewhere else.
