0 stars actually. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. DO NOT leave your loved ones in their care. They didn’t give my grandpa a bath for a WEEK then lost his favorite blanket. The blanket needed to be washed…TWO DAYS later we’re asking where it is. Tell me why it took multiple members of my family to ask around, including a phone call to the director, to finally find it but it’s STILL covered in POOP…….from two days ago. These people are incompetent and should be ashamed of themselves. It’s actually infuriating. Thankfully he’s now moved to a new safe place where he’s being treated like a human being.

Well to make things clear for you that are seeking an honest opinion about this place. I abhor this facility I consider it to definitely be a money grab. Especially when it comes to the management staff. My loved one was sent here for rehab. And I go to visit everyday and everyday I find more things to detest. I have found my family member barely dressed and unbathed. The bug and rodent infestation is a definite problem I had a staff member tell me they are wood roaches...they come out in the dining area when food is served. I've also had clothes be taken to laundry and never returned. Call lights are not answered in a timely manner. The food that has been given to these adults that have worked hard all their lives is just ridiculous not enough to fill a kid. Subpar at best. Did I mention that I HATE this place???!! I am currently trying my hardest to transfer my love one to a place deserving of him. These people deserve respect and to live and thrive with their dignity intact. And to receive the utmost respect, care, and attention they all Require . No matter what the medical conditions may be. I have pics of some of the meals they're served. I have seen dementia patients unattended in hallways and so called dining rooms. I make it a point to go everyday at different times

They have roaches 🪳 really bad. Their roaches are about 2 inches long. It’s a nurse who leaves the residents at night and go home for hours then she comes in and gives out meds at unassigned times… The crash carts do not work so if your loved one needs to be rescued they will have to wait until ambulance arrives. Even if the crash cart works some of the nurses doesn’t know how to use it. Only one shower has hot water. They make residents drink water from the bathroom sink 🤢There’s never no linen. Nurses are quitting left to right. I worked there and I’ve never seen anything like it. If you’re looking for some good nursing homes I’ll recommend you check out oak creek terrace or vancrest new Carlisle.
