I have a brother who is a veteran of the United States Armed Forces, and he is currently in this facility, where he is being treated poorly. His pastor visited the location and reported the same troubling conditions that my brother described. I will contact Veterans Affairs as soon as possible. It is appalling to think that this facility is contracted by the Veterans Administration. I would encourage any supervisor or administrator of this facility who reads this post to contact me expeditiously.

This place is deplorable. You can smell it before you enter the building. The staff doesn’t care about the residents there. THIS HELL HOLE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. It got 1 star because i HAD TO.

What stood out the most was the sense of community. From housekeeping to administration, everyone treated me with respect and kindness. I also witnessed many residents engaging happily in activities, which speaks volumes about how they're treated. I’m grateful for the care I received at Central. It’s clear the staff here are passionate about what they do, and I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation or long-term care for a loved one.
