I believe that CERTUS Orange City provides one of the best memory care offerings in West Volusia. The learning they incorporate from the National Institute for Dementia Education is unparalleled. The staff is pleasant and the food is good.

Most of the staff that wear the green shirts care about the residents some are just there to get paid and it shows. The wellness director is so nasty to her workers and doesn’t care about anyone but herself. The ED doesn’t care about the residents or the employers. When residents pass away they leave them in their room for HOURSSSS without checking on them. Even the residents that are bedridden. So be mindful when taking your family member to a facility like Certus
