I’ve been visiting a family friend for 3 years here and I highly recommend it. Everyone is very friendly and staff is amazing. Activities all day long to keep everyone busy.

This is been an exceptional experience for my aunt. The staff is really focused on keeping her active with so many great events happening each week. We are extremely happy with the level of care and the communication is next level. A top notch facility!

I recently found myself in a situation that I thought was impossible to deal with in the time I was given. My mom's health suddenly changed and she was living between MHG and my couch. Sadly, it was apparent during this time that my mom would not be going back to her house to live and would require assisted living. I literally had less than seven days to find and secure an apartment for my mom before MGH released her again. On a random Saturday, I showed up at Charter unannounced and asked to see the facility. None of the normal staff was there for this but that did not stop the head of memory care from showing me the facility and the available rooms. Later that day I was contacted by Denise, who I cannot thank enough. We talked about my situation and all the work be needed to be done too get my mom into Charter. The support and flexibility the whole staff provided went above and beyond, and there is just too much to list from how to get a hospital bed to assisting with obtaining VA benefits. On that Saturday I looked at five different facilities, but Charter easily stood above the rest. The happy end to this story is that my mom couldn't be happier with how her next chapter of life started.
