Chatham Ridge Assisted Living

Chatham Ridge has been the best place for my mom these last two years. It’s clean, they have tons of events on & offsite for the residents & the staff have been very helpful. When we came for our initial walk thru Vanessa was very helpful & informative. Maintenance responds well to any facilities needs & the care team always lets me know what’s going on. Good place @ a decent price.

My mom moved into Chatham Ridge in January 2025. She has been happy living there! She loves the activities that are provided and loves hanging out in the activities room with other people. She also loves the location and enjoys being outside listening to the birds and strolling around the facility. I myself love that she is only 5 minutes away and I can just pop in and see her every day. The staff are very friendly and they make a point of remembering every one of the residents names. Mom loves the meals there and is thankful that she no longer has to shop and prepare her own meals. Of course she would rather be back at her own home in FL but she enjoys being so close to me here in NC. She tells me often that this is nice place to be!

My father has been at Chatham Ridge for about four months, and in that time, he has become noticeably more active and engaged than he was while living at home with our family. The staff does a wonderful job of interacting with him and consistently works to keep all residents engaged, while also prioritizing their safety and well-being. I would highly recommend Chatham Ridge to anyone with a loved one who needs daily support but also values their independence and wants to remain as active as possible.
