Unfortunately while the care may be good, the workers are treated very unfairly and talked to unprofessionally! This is very sad for the workers themselves to have to tolerate rude behavior from the higher up’s within the company. The work environment is toxic as they talk rudely about their employees among the employees. This is not okay and should NOT be tolerated.

I work with activities as an Activity Assistant at Cherokee Park Rehabiliation, today we played Joke with a coke ( tell a joke, get a coke). A time was had listening to the residents jokes, a joke that was told from a resident “what did the big tomato say to the little tomato crossing the road??.. KETCHUP” lol. I love working in this building, I’m going on two years. it’s a beautiful facility. wonderful staff, great activities, and amazing residents!
