My mother in law was there for two months before she passed away from complications of an issue from a previous facility. However, they worked as hard as they could to rectify the issue, before we decided on hospice. For the most part, the staff was kind and knowledgeable of their duties. That isn't to say I didn't encounter a little incompetence. But on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give an 8. Kudos to NP Katie, Unit Manager Jade, Mrs. Faye, CNA Mrs. Judy, and everyone at the receptionist desk, for being so kind each time I was there. There was never a time that I couldn't get a concern addressed and they were take their jobs seriously and had major respect for my and my husband's wishes. From my experience, this is one of the best facilities in Memphis.
