Residents rooms are not clean. They are cluttered and a fire hazard. Served cold food that is under temperature. Residents don’t receive showers. If you can’t feed yourself you don’t get any help to eat n your plate is taken away. You don’t get your meal.

My mother is there for rehab. Everything so far has been good Couple things that need changing is each room needs to have its own phone. Also the cook needs to be fired and a new one that actually knows how to cook hired. From my mother's mouth and a residence mouth, the food is awful!!! Let's do better people!

Discharged a patient far before they were ready after THEY felt she was ready, she hadn't walked in the 3 weeks she was there except for her assessment & failed every assessment test but they sent insurance info that she needed little to no assistance.
